Vencutcook (Venkat Kishore, Tamil Nadu, India) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email address and phone number, collected on the payment page and Google Form.
• Health information: weight, measurements, medical conditions, medications, food logs, exercise logs and progress photos that you share with us during coaching.
• Payment information is collected and processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How we use it

• To build your personalised charts and coach you for the duration of your program.
• To send your GST invoice and program-related messages on email and WhatsApp.
• To improve our programs, in aggregate and without identifying you.

Who sees it

Only the Vencutcook coaching team (Venkat Kishore, Mrs. Vindya and Mr. Rohit Sahu, as relevant to your program). We use Razorpay for payments, Zoho for invoicing, Google Forms for onboarding and WhatsApp for coaching. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Progress photos

Progress photos are used only for your coaching. They are never posted publicly or used in marketing without your separate written permission.

Retention and your rights

We keep your information for as long as needed to coach you and to meet GST record-keeping requirements. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us at vencutcook@gmail.com, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies. Third-party services we link to (Razorpay, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google) have their own privacy policies.
